THE VINEYARDS
Caring for the grapes and the terrain on the 4-hectare vineyards at 550 m is a time-consuming job for our cellar master. His deep sensitivity for nature creates wines with depth and maturity, and his work is distinguished by mindful awareness and clean craftsmanship. We select our grapes with extremecare and allow all the intricacies of the land to unfold so that we can create truly superlative wines.
The high plant density in our cordon-trained vineyards gives each plant has a low yield and, thus, all the nutrients it needs. We work in close, respectful harmony with nature in order to create wines with a distinct personality and all the characteristics that make it instantly identifiable.
