GLORIA DEI
Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling
Named after the world-famous Rose, this elegant, fruity cuvée is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Blanc and Riesling. The Sauvignon brings a spicy note, the Pinot Blanc provides structure and full body, and the Riesling adds a fresh note.
MARIE SOPHIE
Chardonnay
The grapes for this Chardonnay grow near Merano at 550 m above sea level. A south-west facing slope allows the Chardonnay to enjoy a lot of sunshine. The slightly permeable soils are characterised by mineral-rich granite and porphyry.

Sauvignon Blanc
The Sauvignon Blanc from the Knott vineyard in Marling is reminiscent of grapefruit and elegant passion fruit, with a deep minerality, a fresh bouquet and a lively acidity on the palate.
ATHOS
Riesling
The cool, fresh microclimate 580 m above Meran provides optimal conditions for this grape to develop to the full. Fine and fruity, with an exceptionally elegant note of peaches and apricots, it is fresh on the palate with a soft mineral finish.

The grapes for this select Sauvignon Blanc grow in rocky terrain at the southern end of the Eichenstein winery: deep, mineral and salty, its surprising freshness provides a pleasing contrast to its sweet, fruity bouquet.

ROSÉ CARINA
Vernatsch
Pale pink like the Carina rose, this fresh Eichenstein rosé is made with Vernatsch grapes. Reminiscent of cherries, raspberry and a hint of strawberry, it is the perfect wine for balmy summer nights.

Pinot Noir
This Pinot Noir grows at an altitude of 520 m above sea level. A fresh, elegant wine with an intense, ethereal bouquet of forest fruit and a full-bodied, lasting palate.

Merlot, Cabernet Franc
The Merlot and Cabernet France red wine cuvée is a classic Bordeaux cuvée: Notes of berries and a lasting finish. Elegant and harmonious, it was christened for a famed rose of the same name.
